This session will examine how mental health is influenced by generational experiences and family dynamics. Through storytelling and intergenerational interviews of my mom, myself, and my son, viewers will gain insights into the impact of historical events, cultural traditions, and family legacies on mental health outcomes within my family which will allow them the opportunity to answer the following questions about their family.
