I felt this game was a snap shot of all last reg season in one game. The blow out, then letting them back in to take the lead.. celtics having trouble getting over THAT hump of closing teams out Then in the closing moments they get their shit together and close the game. It felt so familiar, almost signature in a way. I’m at home always saying, they love making it a game smh
As a team, we absolutely mailed it in on defense for the first 40+ minutes. That's a terrible habit to get in to. Let's hope it was a one off. Also seemed a little three happy, especially in the first half. We hit plenty of them so it obscured the fact that most of them didn't come off crisp ball movement. We play well when we play together (on both sides of the ball) and on offense, wide open threes are a result of that ball movement and togetherness. Can't let our overwhelming skill tempt us into forgetting about playing fundamentally sound on both ends. Shoes off!! Banners Up, Baby!!!
Queta not playing today means something ? Maybe Joe is saving him for the Bucks game, but why not even giving him few minutes tonight? If he don't play next game makes me think we gonna see Queta for the 3º year on a row being the G.League Shaq with Porzingis back and Kornet and X both getting 20 minutes. What you think bro?
