The mig 15 was my favorite before flying the panther. The mig 15 is by far the most durable. We have crashed ours 10+ times and it will still flys rock solid. Nice flying Wes.

Absolute tank of a plane. I had a motor let go and she fell nose first from altitude in a sickening crash. Any other plane would have been in a million bits, but not the mig. Bit of hot water and some glue, she lives to fight another day.
I picked up a used 64 mm F-105 at a swap and have been hooked ever since. It's very fast and takes forever to turn, so I opted to visit Motion RC and pick up the F-8 Crusader. Having seen some videos, it looks just as fast. Wondering how the Mig-15 compares to the Crusader. The F-105 is a hoot, I just wonder if I made a mistake with the F-8. Thanks.

hard to say the Lippish is basically a flying wing so the stall doesn't really exist haha you can hold full up elevator and it just descends not really a tip stall
Thinking about getting a "toss and boss" EDF. Is this still your fav? Looking for advise on one. P.S.I think we have a bit in common too. My father was a B-24 pilot in the South pacific. Love those big RC birds but too scared as a newer pilot to buy one. Thanks for the videos.
I'm looking to get into edf planes by the end of the year. I want to increase my flying skill first so that I dont destroy an expensive edf plane. Any recommendations on where I could go to get better at flying? I really enjoy the hobby and I'm trying to fly better but all I've been doing lately is crashing in the first 20 seconds. So I never get to experience successful flight like this because I'm always repairing my plane (not edf)then once I get it back in the air,I crash again just seconds into the flight and I must go home to repair it some more. I need help gentlemen..haha. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
If you have access to a computer I highly recommend you get real flight it helps to learn to fly tremendously if you have a spectrum transmitter it works as your controller if not they sell a controller for the game it’s just a bit pricey. Absolutely use a simulator like Wes recommends. The real flight one works great. I also recommend to people to use a trainer like the hobbyking AXN Floater Jet, or Bixler. It has the prop mounted high behind the canopy. Keeps you flying more and can fly fast or glider slow. A real plane you can devolop your skills with.

Horizon went with a 28mm while free wing kicked it up to a 64mm fan,know which one I would rather fly although the as3x gyro system is very good

The mig is still my favorite. Not as fast as the lip but it’s easier to see and super stable. I fly my mig with the 2200 3s all the way forward FYI
