I was considering getting a new construction home in north Dallas suburb but now seeing they have similar build homes in JAX man it’s a tough one 😅 I just have to look for good rated school and if it checks out, I might just call you.. looking to move in around October
There are an exorbitant amount of homes just like that all over that area… it’s amazing to me how many people decided that is where they wanted to live! I wonder what all those homes are going to look like in 25-30 years?!

The commute to Jax is about an hour from here, correct? How would locals describe living there if they have that long of a commute?
