Ok, so maybe not the best analogy, but this vegan apple pull apart bread is absolutely delicious and a really fun twist on cinnamon rolls that are able to be pulled apart.

If anyone is like me and rarely has bread flour:
Bread flour has a higher protein content than ap flour but to boost protein in ap flour I always add about 4g of vital wheat gluten to every 4 cups of ap to make my own bread flour. It helps keep the structure of the dough fluffier by keeping the protein content higher.
