My issue with mine is when its moving. When it's oscillating, it goes too wide from side to side. It oscillate a full 90 degrees so truthfully I feel like it is barely ever blowing on me.

Actually you can buy it normaly in Europe with all fitting cords. At least in Germany. If it is not available in your country it would probably be best to order the german version.

lol, Yes you can use it wherever you want, but just remember mist is water. You'll probably ruin your furniture with continuous mist if you set it on high.
