Ervin, thank you so much for showing us how Microsoft 365 works. It's a really dense content and it's super interesting to see how everything is interconnected here. It's great to know how this impressive tool works and it's awesome to find someone who takes his time to explain it. Microsoft 365 would be tier 2 or 3 at my current job and right now i'm on tier 1 or 2 so i don't get to see any of it but it's awesome to understand why things get done the way they do. Knowing this will make me improve my current performance and i'll use this knowledge to step up whenever the chance comes. So, again, thanks a lot for all this information.
I comment "Thank you very much sir" every time before I even watch your videos hahaha. That is how great your videos are on the internet🔥 Thank you for putting all these videos together!!
Thank you so much these videos are well made and you provide real world scenerios. I am going through all your content at a rapid pace just becuase im very intersted in learning this.
your videos are impressive. can you please be more focused on basic Tech support for IT support officers and make videos that could be useful to them like this session. Would love to learn more stuff like this. cheers
How come the original Microsoft Teams caller could hear and see me just fine, but when he added another caller they could not hear me ok? I checked and I was not muted. Was it on their end or mine? I was mobile on my iphone, she was on a browser at her computer. When he joined she and I in the call, at first I could hear her but not see her so since I was mobile I hit the three dots button and clicked on people and was able to see everyone in the conference call (she and I) and I turned her camera symbol on. Was the sound issue the same on her end? My sound and video button were both on in my screen.
Hi Ervin Finally completed all your training course videos, after w little bit of trouble, which I sorted I was going to ask if you plan on doing anything on Intune,or is it not needed for entry level jobs? I’m in England and I’ve noticed some job specifications have SQL on the list as well as ITIL and VPN’s I know that’s a lot of skills haha,so if you don’t plan on doing any of those things, which I understand,do you have any recommendations for further learning please? By the way, really enjoyed your videos on 365.Reslly easy to follow and understand Thanks for doing them 😄
😁 I have a big list of videos to make, but so little time... I will certainly keep making videos as time allows it. I always recommend my Help Desk Ticketing Systems tutorials: th-cam.com/play/PL4jgQJG6eMDMWkMzpKTVmKacLHC9m7v_r.html This is great place to get a feel of how Help Desk/Tech Support functions with a lot of real world examples.
Sure thing. When you go to Exchange Admin center, select Groups on the left. Then on the right side select the group you wish to add him to. Then you will see a 2nd tab called Members of that group.
Further to Sally not having MS Teams access, this was turned off in the previous video while under Azure Active Directory > license. (While you were showing examples of the license within AD). :D
There will be more office 365 videos; however, the first 5 were basic knowledge needed to get people started. First, there will be a crash course followed by o365 interview questions and answers... then I will get back to making more o365 videos along side other topics. Good question.
No, I don't think there are any. But to be fair I don't look for those things... It would probably be difficult to teach like this in a written format because 70% of it is visual/video demonstration. Good question.
Hi Coboman/ Irvin, Yes! Present. Please make videos on M365 explaining the difference between M365 and O365. I like your ticketing system help desk video. Please also make video on Service Now. Thank You .

Hello and welcome.
Do you know any real world IT support book with the skills you’re teaching us on your channel?
No, I don't think there are any. But to be fair I don't look for those things... It would probably be difficult to teach like this in a written format because 70% of it is visual/video demonstration. Good question.
thank you
Sure thing! :)

hello sir, can you recommend any interface to practice office 365 admin ?
i mean where we should practice this as a student
You can get a 30 day trial from Microsoft website. Just make sure you pick the business version of o365.
Thank you so much.... watched all video on office 365....also one question?? Is there any way I can get hands on office 365 without paying money?
yes, you can get a free 30 day trial; however, it does ask for Credit Card information. But, you can remove the CC as soon as you get access.
@@Cobuman thanks.. can't wait to mess around office 365
Present sir! :)
Could you pls tell me how to search jobs related to teams administrator and other administration roles
Go to your job search website and type in Office 365 Admin or something similar to that.
We are using o365, we can install only word, excel, ppt individually for the users ??
Depends on the license. I've talked about licenses in previous videos and how to change them.
perfect
thanks
facing a an issue now. channel link shared with 60 users but 10 are not able to join.
