My favourite ending is the one where he turns into a gentleman with a sweet tooth, it was kinda wholesome. Also, I really like the one where he becomes a dog

This is such a... sweet game, in a weird way?
Like, sure, the protag is clearly a dangerous assassin, and the "pet" can easily devour an entire city, depending on how he is fed... but their relationship is surprisingly sweet.
The art itself is very pleasant too and contributes to the feeling. I guess the "downside" is that this is an artstyle that doesn't really feel like body HORROR to me - I find it too pretty and not at all disgusting or anything. But well, I don't actually mind, honestly. It's just that if I was asked to describe the game, I'd say it's "cute horror", not "body horror"!

It's actually an anime-esque subset of body horror, designed to either be cute or provocative enough to keep the person from reading to much into it on the immediate and thusly lure them into watching or playing the entire work before the horror catches up to them. Of course there are many ways it doesn't quite reach the same level of creepy as intended for people but that goes for all horror works after all, fear is a subjective and finite thing.
The serial killer/scientist and the eldritch humanoid could make for a good buddy cop film.

The translation could be better, but it's never so off that I couldn't understand it. This is a fun concept, and the monster designs totally sell the idea. From blob to nightmare tree or monster man with some wicked teeth, there's something for everyone here.
The translation definitely needs work. There's more than a few times where Manly has issues trying to figure out what they meant to say. That said, it's also not that easy for people to find decent translators.

Going through the game files, Manly found all the significant CGs. I'm not sure where the conditional logic is stored within RPG Maker VX games are, but it was easy enough to find some text about the various endings. Some of the letters are used twice.
A - Tiny (1:27)
B - Dog (16:08)
Imperfect Humanoid Endings
- C - Sweet Tooth Humanoid - Similar to E, but without a hunger and just a sweet tooth?
- D - Basic Humanoid (7:53)
- E - Hungry Humanoid (11:19)
- F - Very Hungry Humanoid - Similar to E, but with a hunger for flesh instead of candy.

- F #2 - A Gentlemen - Similar to H, but without the sweet tooth.
- G - Team Play - He's decently competent, acting as a distraction with his conversation skills. The two team up.

- R - World Domination... But With Tiramisu - You hit up a nearby dessert shop with your pet. Whilst the cashier is screaming, you snag some tiramisu.
- R#2 - World Domination - Instead of Tiramisu, you opt for a steak.
- P - Good Big Dog (9:27)
- Q - Eldritch Abonimation Rising? - Appears to be similar to P, but missing the dialogue starting at 9:52.

I think a little more could be done with it. More details in the endings or variations with feeding (would also help with player confusion). But overall, it doesn't need much more.
I think that if it would be longer it just would be My Lovely Daughter recap but maybe without the sadness...
Make it a visual novel about the pet slowly falling in love with his master though......

Played the game the endings are slight variations. There are 21 endings according to the creator.
Some other endings manly didn't show that are somewhat hard to gauge points:
- Ending C Sweet Tooth Humanoid
- Ending F The Gentleman (human flesh 10? in final human form. your human-shaped eldritch pet is able to eat with manners and enjoys conversation with you about cuisine. Hector does not crave human flesh.)
- Ending G Team Play (human flesh < 10 sweets < 10 in final human form. Your human-shaped eldritch pet is able to hold conversations very well with others and you work well as a team to kill targets. isn't much of a food connoisseur.)
- Ending M The Hunger (during half humanoid half eldritch form it attacks a homeless man, and you offer the solution for it to hunt more animals. Basically the same as Ending I but different form.)
-Ending R World Domination (human flesh >20 in its eldritch flesh tree form)
The best ending is Ending R World Domination with Tiramisu. Your Handsome Eldritch Pet does not just consume the city it expands to the world meaning you don't have to work your assassin gig anymore and you go together to the dessert shop.

I love this! The MC silhouette reminds me of Genocide Jack. This is the sort of story I think would be fun to expand upon, an assassin with an eldritch companion.

The overfed endings remind me a lot about this old game called "Song of Saya" where the main character suffered from an accident that only let him see the world as a gross amalgamation of flesh

Honestly, the Dog ending is the best one in my opinion! How could you ever say no to the lil eldrich friend? (Plus the art showing the little guy grabbing at your pant leg is heart melting-)

First time i see manly not fully “complete” a game
I'm confused, are they taking "you are what you eat" and turning it into "this creature becomes what it eats" or "this creature becomes a predator for what it eats"? I mean, given what happens when you feed it too much meat the second seems more plausible...and the first would only work from a storytelling perspective if you were okay with a pseudo-cannibal (it's not an actual cannibal because it would only be a mimic of the creature it eats, rather than actually being the creature).
...That'd be a fun concept to explore actually, comparing two creatures with very different versions of YAWYE (or URWUE, if you simplify "you" and "are" to the single letters that sound like the words) and seeing what they become; feed them both nothing but shellfish, and the Type A develops a hard exoskeleton while the Type B has a choice between shell-crushing or shell-piercing abilities.
I'm kinda concerned that Manly didn't seem to consider not feeding it humans.

I'd put this in the same category as the bacteria anime boy one, but that one was pretty disturbing and this is quite wholesome... and tbh no complaints about human Hector 🥵 and also, the fact that the MC is not a typical insipid one but and interesting one is really nice.
It would be neat if the assassin or hitman is targeting or killing very bad people (especially powerful ones) and feeding their corpses to Hector while giving him candies to finally get a perfectly good monster-humanoid partner.

I wonder what language it was translated from? Because it’s not like a typical bad translation job where nothing makes sense. It’s interesting that the message is expressed very clearly but they struggle with much more simpler concepts like subject-verb agreement.

I like how the game clearly shows that you've grown a nice pet or an abomination with the background music during feeding.
Might make a D&D character based off the idea of this, in terms of the pet. A familiar basically.
