Lol I got a little anxious while breathing that fast, and then that cold feeling made me worry that I was getting dizzy, but because I’d read these comments, I knew it was all just part of the practice, and I stuck with it. I really liked this and would love a longer version!

Very nice meditation practice! Thanks, Manoj. One suggestion is that under no breath after exhaling, it is not always possible to hold for more than 20 secs (it is definitely more than 20 secs when you talk). It breaks my concentration sometimes so maybe we can keep that to 15 secs.
