RADIO PLAY, ALL INDIA RADIO - VIJAYAWADA
This play is radio adaptation of novel with the same title by Butchi Babu. The novel is prasied by the critics for its study of human psychology. It is said to be first attempt in Telugu using stream of consciousness as a technic of narration. The disturbed mind of sensual desires, questions about efficacy of social values and travails of finding the platonic love by the hero Dayanidhi are depicted. At the end of his life's jouney, Dayanidhi conludes that coming into terms with one's own self is important - as it leads to compleate peace with the outside world.
