I've been struggling to sleep lately. Tossing and turning each night, wondering "what IS an elusive target?", after this video I'll finally be able to rest.

To be fair, anyone clicking a nurse joy video should know about pokemon / who nurse joy is (and even if they didn't MatPat doesn't need to repeat himself 4 times). On the other hand, Atrioc probably has a lot of non-gaming (or at least non hitman watching) viewers because he also posts content like Marketing Monday on the same channel.

If anyone could explain how it works
There are several elements to the elusive target. It's a special contract that is only available for a short period of time. The target isn't visible on the map/in assassin vision. And you cannot reset if you die, or if you kill the target or complete other contract objectives (finding the files in the safe for example).

i dont watch these videos past the elusive target explanation. i watch them over and over and over as the meaning of an elusive target is in itself elusive. i wake up in a cold sweat wondering what it is, what i have to do with it, what significance it plays on the universe. i thank atrioc for bringing me momentary moments of peace before the meaning slips from me again and i lay in wait like a starved animal for another lesson

You know you can alt + F4 at anytime to restart even after completing an objective. The only exception is if you die.

A little amusing that alot of people make fun of the "elusive target" explanation, but for me who never seen an Ewan - the Hudson Hawk of Orange County - Atrioc video before, this was good (I watched this because I saw a video I liked with Stanz, Linkus, Ludwig and Atrioc playing 3 missions as a 2on2).

i despise all elusive targets that have a pickup as an objective. I always accidentally pick up the item and then cant restart. The only mode or condition where its not optimal to just pick up everything is these silent assassin targets specifically

You can replay elusive targets even after doing objectives by Alt+F4 form the game. It thinks that your game crashed and let's you replay it.

Doubt youll see this but if you tranq(kalmer1) someone and shoot them with a silenced gun, it counts as unoticed kill(even if you do it in front of their guards) meaning you keep your silent assassin

Seems cool but I have not seen any of the previous videos in this series and I have no clue what the object of the game is. It would help if there was some sort of explanation maybe somewhere near the beginning of each video.

There should be a PVP and PVE gamemode in HITMAN. Killing Each other with no markings (no highlighting each other allowing you to go incognito and sneak on the other player) as well as a way for two people to work on a contract in co-op.

By the way, if you complete an elusive target objective, to restart you just close your game and reopen it or disconnect your internet to save you 60$ for a new game
