I never got why they made such a big thing about not showing his identity and having to figure out his identity when that doesn't even help finding him considering he's just your average "elusive target permanently holed up in a fortress behind a dozen soldiers".
As easy as the serial killer in whittleton was, at least there it made sense for his identity to be unknown so you had to listen to chatter and whatnot to find out who he is and get a routine to kill him, here he's exactly where you'd expect a super hacker to be and there's like, no routines or anything involved.
