1. Try to eat some local fruits like watermelon, banana, or apple,citrus fruit after heavy meal like chicken and pork.
2. In Clean shave or trimmed face you look good and presentable.. So try it.. 😊
3. Try to analyse the weather before you visit to any place.. Buy umbrella or local clothing like cotton shirts.. To make yourself comfortable.
4.Finally,wear cap or hat if possible in sunny days.. Don't get dehydrated.. Stay strong brother..
