Always amazing. If you could answer one question for me, every time I bake a cake, regardless if a sheet cake or a round cake pans, I always get a large lump in center and I have to cut it to level it. Just wondering if their is a way I can avoid the lump.
Hi! Baking strips are amazing at preventing domes! You can buy them or make your own by cutting strips of old towels. Soak in water for 5 minutes, squeeze out most of the water, and wrap around cake pans just before baking. If you're using old towels, wrap them tin foil so that they don't burn. Good luck!

Yes! Take it out of the fridge an hour before you eat it so that it warms up to room temperature and then it will taste the best :)
