October 11th, 2022 will be officially open again for individual tourism!!! although, i'm not going this year, I have already booked my solo trip (First time in Japan) next year April!
I missed when u guys made guide video instead of another "come walk through this area with us" video. Hopefuly tourism open soon so you can start help tourist with your wonderful guide! 😊👍
I was lucky enough to be working/stuck in Japan during the corona pandemic lockdown and snuck in a day trip to Kamakura in May. It was heaven. Hardly any crowds and the city is stunning with fantastic landmarks. Just a handful of folk at the Daibutsu and just strolling around the paths to the bay was a treat. Great clip for a wonderful place just a stones thrown away from Tokyo and very cheap.
My mother-in-law lives a short bike ride away. Although I have been there before, always nice to jar my memory. Seems like there was someplace where I washed a few coins, and another place that had some fox statues with red bibs.
This Place is a must, when I came here I stayed a whole day but it was not enough time so you'll need at lest two days to try and see it all, it is just so beautiful every where is in easy walking distance. The great Buddha weighs 93 plus tonnes & 43.8ft high. Enjoy.
i joined a tour going to 0:20 / 14:01 • Intro Kamakura and therefore didn't have much time to explore the area on my own. would definitely love to go back!
Great Video :) I was wondering what kind of Cameras do you use while filming your "XYZ in 2022" Videos (or any other Japan-Guide Video for that matter) Hope you can answer my question and looking forward to the next "... in 2022" (maybe Hiroshima? :D )
Great video of my preferred city in Japan. But something is missing: kite are seen in many places in Kamakura. I have seen twice one stealing some food (one time was a just bought bread, hopefully not mine!). Nice to see that most paths are reopen, everything was close in November 2019 (but Sasuke Inari was practically already rebuilt).
Kamakura, where a lot of anime characters go on vacation. Just the other week they went here in A Couple of Cuckoos and girls from Love Live: Nijigasaki.
What a beautiful city ! A pity Japanese authorities still disregard the interest of foreigners for their country. Frankly said, I am a bit fed up with these teasers and silly virtual tours.
I'm not enjoying these videos without commentary, and the music is extremely irritating, it gives me anxiety. If you'll continue to post without commentary, I'll have to unsubscribe!!
Hopefully Japan opens up to individual tourism again soon and I'll be able to visit Kamakura again, I only saw a little of it so I'd like to go back.
Hopefully by next year it will be totally open for tourists

Love Kamakura!! Love the walk on enoshima beach with view of Mount Fuji on a clear sunny day! Walk down to enoshima island to hot springs.
Kamakura is beautiful! Thanks for watching!
❤❤Japan! ❤❤
Been there and honestly missed this place. When I go back I’d definitely want to go around Kamakura area again. ☺️
Hope you will have a great trip there!
I visited Kamakura last year. Daibutu is good.
Just been there 3 days ago, hiking the Ten-en trail. Beautiful area!

Someday hopefully you will be able to enjoy Kamakura at your own pace :)
I’ve been fascinated by this place ever since watching the anime Elfen Lied.
Tsurugaoka Hachimangu is a shrine of this scale, and weddings are often held there, so there are many opportunities to see it.
Thanks for the video. I hope you visit northern japan like shiretoko national park 👍
Love the video. I miss the soothing soft Japanese music that would be great accompaniment to the video
Whats the song that plays at the end of this video? Also, cant wait to go to some of these place in december :D

@@experience_point6233 Are you referring to the "My father's secret ambition" anime? Cool show that was, eh?

This is killing me. When is Japan is going to open for free roaming tourist again? Current tour restriction is just doesn't do it.
I really want o go to japan WITHOUT GROUP TOUR. And do not go to japan on summer because ITS HOT
Ha!
Kamakura is sooooo overrated
The statue is so darn small
