Have you ever installed a direct set window? We are pretty excited about this beauty! Happy we hired it out because that window is heavy! Also very excited to have framed our first wall! Many more to come! Hope you enjoy this video! 😊

The guys did a great job on the window. There are a lot of cool features on this build, and this big window is near the top. The front door looks great too. Good choices all around.

Soon you will have all the doors and windows installed so you could run some heaters and be more comfortable when you install the interior walls. Blessings to you folks.

A great job on the giant window. In years gone by we I stalled 8' 6" x 10' windows as partitions in a bank in Rock Valley, Iowa. Good job on the framing. It looks sturdy and well built. I'm looking forward to the rest.

    So much to love.
    1. You visitors, think 5. They are beautiful.
    2. The awesome team that carried the direct set window. Lots of strong backs required.
    3. All the detailed planning and execution (framing) that has taken place so everything fit.
What great events (Christmas and New years) and windows and doors arriving with several installed. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉👏👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌👍👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👊👊👊👊👊

Howdy y’all- I’ve set windows like that before and they can be some kind of heavy! Quite obvious that ain’t their first rodeo. Doors look really nice. Hope y’all had a good Christmas. Wishing you the very best in the coming year. God bless

With your internal wall framing, when you cut around the girts don't make them a tight fit, leave room for movement. Based on the size of your building with so much internal wood, it will move from season to season, when it does you can guarantee that something will crack, split or break if you build is very tight. That's why the Zip System recommend an 1/8 gap on the short side and they have the built in gap on the long side.
Love your work are you going to ship-lap, tongue and grove or Sheetrock your internal walls?
