We just bought in this area, at least I think. We’re near 8th street. We have a half acre and live on a culdasac. We live in PA this is our 2nd home and plan on doing AirbNB or something along those lines until we can move.

What I really wanted everyone to know was that Southwest Vero beach is full of great, establish neighborhoods with lots of beautiful trees and traditional style, custom built homes. Not your typical tract HOA neighborhoods right on top of each other.. I think these neighborhoods are so great for families looking for a little bit more space and more character in a home!
And the "Perfectly honest" and "Honestly" is so cringe. It does not sound professional unless you're a used car salesman... It doesn't inspire confidence in the listener.

There are some hidden Gems like The Preserve of Vero with very low HOA and a mix of homestyles and beautiful lots.
I didn't know that Ivied in Southwest Vero Beach. I have lived there 35 years in Glendale Lakes. I like living here, it is a great location.
