I've seen a lot of people take way longer than they should getting to guru for imperial turnin fat silver, so I decided to see if I can help you guys along the way.
In this video we will be talking in depth about Imperial Cooking Delivery, what to buy, gathering vs selling, using manos clothes to cook, what to cook, and a lot more. This is more of a fundamentals video for you guys so enjoy and I hope you like it!

I love that you didn't give recipes away, making us use our imagination and skills you're trying to teach in these vids, one of the most clear guides thats truly a guide and not just a smoothbrain short segment intro to lifeskilling, thank you. Don't bother replying to people who think they can't make a profit if they dont have billions in gear or get there, this guide is not for lazy people. And thats good, less competition for us.

How do you calculate your new proc rate? I want to use BDO Dae, but im not sure what my new proc chance is with mastery bonus, its usually 2.5

Just a quick reminder, you can use Pumpkin in place of Cabbage for Pickled Veges. I have like 30K Pumpkins from workers farming them at Costa Farm and Alejandro Farm.

Hello i am new to cooking and would like to know how do you usually stockpile meat? I just got to m1 in a few days and can't find a stable source for meat for a lot of the Master and up dishes. Is buying from the market a good option in terms of profits? Or do you usually go to gather them yourself?
kill sheep at farms. i know of one in particular where they respawn very quickly.

It probably got changed, considering the video is a year old. You also don't get all those bonus dishes anymore.
Should I farm some raw materials, like Garlic, Hot Pepper, Onion and Pepper, or just straightly buy it from the MP?
Its fantastic supplementary materials. I wish I did it more during my push to g50 tbh. Just make sure to head to the seed vendor in Calpheon and farm the white seeds, rather than trying to breed green and blues, losing 60% of your crop to that alone.
@@aiRstylez so dont breed and just harvest after they mature, and then plant more seeds? I just got back into the game so relearning everything.
@@aiRstylez I don't agree with this though. A white seed yields you around 60-80, while greens yield you around 40-60, roughly. However, a green can be used as substitute for 4 whites. Like, in a recipe requiring 4 pepper, you can just use 1 high-quality pepper. Meaning a white plant supplies me with materials for 17-18, while a green rather supplies me for around 50 crafts. Taking 66% out of it gives you roughly the same yield for both, with the difference that you don't need to run back and forth and fetch new seeds, and you get T9 byproducts from plant breeding, which sell for some decent bonus money.

Hi, i am at m12 cooking and m1 gathering. At 400 energy i can gather about 4400 meat each session. Rest of the afk time i sleep in my bed. My goal is to reach atleast guru 1 while cooking sub recipes and mediah meal. Also i use the blue procs for master box. Sadly in SEA hurbal wines are all sold out for weeks and i have to male those as well. Can u tell me how to calculate craft per utensil now? Before it was 900 but i can't seem to find any info about now

It changes between every mastery breakpoint. If you take a look at the linked spreadsheet, under the mastery tab, on the right hand side there is a grid of crafts/dura as well as a more detailed explanation of how procs work.

Hi Sir, how can you cook with too much weight?
Fairies can roll a skill called Feathery Steps, which can increase your overweight to 125% at max (t4 with Feathery 5)

They removed them from the game. It was replaced with Witch's Delicacy.
how do you deal with EGGS bottleneck? because you cook a huge batch of balenos meal pretty often right? i have to wait atleat 3 days of constant pre-ordering to only cook 4000 balenos meal.
Server dependent, but on NA it usually takes me camping the egg market hard for a few hours to get what I need. Also having the chicken nodes in Velia going helps a lot.

Ive setup all nodes for valencia meals, however, i dont know how much is worth of gathering snake meat, scorpion meat and lion meat since its too much time consuming
I don't know about your Server. I'm in SEA, Snake and Scorpion has high PO. So, gathering it is good at least for me.
The markets been full of cooks lately, and scorps been tight to fulfill so gathering it is actually quite good money right now. I'd say just cook something else though if your gathering mastery is low.

As long you have 1 sec cooking without it, it's a convenience.
As mentioned, 1 second cooking time is your goal. If you can't acquire the gear to get there, then yes it is. If you're min maxing and already have 1s time, the 20% experience is also worth.

@@LuminousSpace Advanced Cooking Utensil + +4 + Life Spirit Stone (1.1s) + Verdure Draught + Meal will get you to 1.3 seconds.
Mine is +3 I get 2 seconds with the setup I mentioned

Am i thinking right with Weight Penalty Reduction (up to 125%) ? or less?
So long as you aren’t over a certain weight threshold you can still sell the box. You have to be careful though as too far over and you’ll have to maid some weight to storage.
Feathery from fairies allow up to 125% overstack which helps. I also have the residence right next to her so I can quick rip crates out of my house.
should i farm milk?
I'd recommend gathering milk from cows at the farms, rather than planting haystacks for milk as it's yield is insignificant with a steep price.

No matter what I try to craft, every single dish that give 1k or more exp has at least 1 item that is sold out (with its requirements also sold out) and with multiple 100k preorders. This just stupid. Can't get any items to craft anything. Pickled Vegetables and Vinegar are also loosing money. So Right now cooking is basically dead unless you are already high.
Cooking has taken a definite shift in the highly saturated side of things, but it will reward those who tough it out. Guru imp crates will remain strong however =]
@@aiRstylez Sadlynthe problem isnt the fact that things arent grtting sold, but the fact that the materials are constantly sold out eith 100k preorders. I really dont know how I'm supposed to do anything with cooking when I cant cook anything.
@@aiRstylez The problem is, that every item costs more to produce yourself. than to buy. So Guru boxes are only worth it in most cases if you buy the items. Balenos for example is around 30k per to buy right now. The ingredients to cook it cost 200k per craft. Of course you have to calculate the amount you craft and the worth of specials on top of that, but its still insanely overpriced. Basically I have to buy the dishes to make balenos meals. It's still nets me a profit both on the market and for Imp crates if I buy the dishes to make the meal, but the profit is extremly low. Its around 200k per imp case and 4k per sale on the market. I make more profit from Professional Crates than that. And the same goes for the other dishes as well. Its possible that I'm missing something big and everything I'm saying is bull, but right now to me it doesnt seem like cooking is worth it at all other than cooking enough to get the crates and thats it.
Ignore my whole other comment. I made some huge mistakes in my calculation. Even with (hopefully) fixed calculations the profits seem pretty low, but not as low as I thought at least.
@@TheJanstyler Like with Trading, you won't be able to scalp the market for margin trading unless you are extremely high level. There's just too much profit to be made in cooking right now buying meals and boxing them for free silver, so obviously as time goes on more people will saturate the market and the supply can't meet the demand.
In other words, you have to fill the supply. Some people have enough mastery to buy lion meat and cook at a profit and some people have enough mastery to gather 9k lion meat an hour. Both of these people are probably making 200m/hr just spamming their life skill; but they had to spend a lot to get there. You have to add value to your exp gained. Airstyles spent most of his time power leveling cooking by finding the most slim margin of ROI; but what he didn't gain in silver profit he gained in EXP profit which set him up to make guru cooking profit later. As long as you're cooking and breaking even, you're investing in exp and future cooking. If you let yourself become self sufficient where you can; you invest in two avenues of profit. Spend energy on one mat, buy the rest, and cook using what you gathered.
Another thing to really consider is ROI. A full set of TRI manos is like 30-40b. If you're making 200/hr gathering or cooking, you'd have to spend 200 hours just to break even on your investment. A full set of TRI loggia is around 500m, if you're making 50-100m/hr you'd have to spend 10 hours to break even. I highly suggest setting up your own spreadsheets and tracking the income of your activities and how frequently you do them to see where you're comfortable with your investment.

Witches Delicacies will yield a looooooooot of milk, but you do have to sacrifice some CP gains to do so.

imagine being such a lazy ass your whole life and accomplishing nothing but scrolling for new videos on how to get better, but not actually doing the work to get better. can you imagine playing a game since release, for 5+ years or more, and still have trash stats, items, and weapons. i can't imagine it for anyone, but a trash kid like u has made it a reality

@@allesso24 Date Palm Wine is your best bet if you just wanna do it to Guru. But they're not great to sell.
And by money, I meant silver.
Date palm on NA is quite a big hit so I wouldn't even recommend this anymore, it used to be viable when dates were sub 2k.
