My rating: B+ I'd have given it a B if it wasn't for the fact this weapon class has a very good synergy with stuff like bleed & frost. Palm Blast falls a little bit short as the animation is very long so I'd recommend using Dryleaf Whirlwind instead. An extremely fun & cool weapon but not the best.
