If I'm not mistaken that was a girlfriend at the time (bus stop). He girlfriends all seem to be small, petite and blond. Bibi was and another one was a little blond curly (Spanish?) haired girl from one of his missing chapters 1-8. It might of been chapter 8. Viktus was sharing the joint with him by the telephone booth.
