The specific cheese I used was Alouette Spreadable Spinach and Artichoke Cheese. But any spreadable cheese will work. And yes! This would be a great Air Fryer for one meal. I'm still playing around with Temps and times on my air fryer but I'd say around 15 minutes at 375? Check the chicken for donesses, because thickness is going to make a difference. 😊
