"he realised why that particular 3 women were on stage." He'd have to be pretty dense not to realise. Especially as it was pointed out beforehand who they were.
I have loved and respected Mark Charnock since his first appearance on emmerdale. He is a hugely talented actor who has the capability of making you feel every emotion his character goes through and I have cried every tear with him along the way. He is also a genuinely down to earth and caring human being and we are blessed to have him grace our tv screens. A well deserved award for an outstanding actor. Thank you Mark xx ❤
0:44 - I think it just dawned on him what was coming next. A richly deserved award for a brilliant actor, the round of applause he got speaks volumes! 👏👏 Also a fantastic speech!👏👏
7:40 I think Mark is absolutely correct about this. NO soap, cast or crew member should be talked down over the storylines they air. Whether it's Corrie, Emmerdale or EastEnders, this entire genre has provided us and fans across the globe with fantastic television. I'm only 20 years old but I have been a fan of Corrie for over 15 years. Emmerdale and EastEnders both over 10 years each but I'm still old enough to know about their history on tv. If people think they were better in the past, fair enough...but they are still the same show, entertaining MILLIONS, not hundreds, millions of people per week. That goes to show that they are still loved by many and shouldn't be subjected to unnecessary comments each day they're on. Like Mark said, it means a lot to them
So well deserved and such wonderful things said about him and such a lovely speech he made. Just a very lovely moment for a very worthy winner. Huge congratulations to Mark Charnock. Here's to another 27 years.
Nice funny guy and terrific actor, love his fun scenes with Dominic/Paddy. Hilarious outtakes too. Well done Mark 👏 Remember him as a pizza delivery guy on Corrie when Don Brennan was stalking Denise too.
I'm mainly watching back, and missing 😢, Emmerdale back from 2010-2014 mainly scenes of Marlon when he's with Laurel, lead to former vicar Ashley exaggerating and callously abusing Sandy Like hearing Dominic Brunt, Charlotte Bellamy, Nicola Wheeler & Lisa Riley giving their own opinion on Marlon and Mark's acting
For 2024 I would love it to be Diane Parish (Denise Eastenders). She did so much for Afro Carribean Actresses on Soaps whose shoulders they are ridign on.
This is a well deserved achievement for the actor given the years he has been on Emmerdale... but not for the program itself, given that Emmerdale has struck out of awards this year for its centered storylines and characters for the last half of 2022 and the first half of this year... You'd think after a stunning 50th Anniversary stunt the storm would win spectacular scene... but it crammed too much into it...
I do believe there were more deserving winners for this award in emmerdale but that being said it is about time someone in emmerdale finally got this award
The actress heavily pregnant with her second child. She needed a dress that would accommodate her baby bump. Don't make stupid unwarranted comments on what a woman is wearing. It's uncalled for and unnecessary.

I love how whenever Mark receives an award literally everyone is proud of him, even people from other soaps. He seems like such a great guy.
Mark is not only fantastic actor, but you really get the feeling he’s just a bloody good guy
He deserves it . His stroke was so realistic and so well acted
He looked so happy to see the 3 of them but then you can see the moment he realised why that particular 3 women were on stage. Well deserved win

One of my favourite soap actors ♥️
Smiling from ear to ear. Probably my favourite Emmerdale character, and most relatable in my opinion too, is Marlon Sebastian Dingle!
Awwwe!! Finally!
Amelia looks so proud of him like a real daughter I know she his on screen daughter but that really shows how proud she is of him
Congratulations Mark

Emmerdal is our one soap that we watch, best soap ever, always vote for their characters and of course best soap.
For 2024 I would love it to be Diane Parish (Denise Eastenders). She did so much for Afro Carribean Actresses on Soaps whose shoulders they are ridign on.
Biggest well done !!🎉Enjoy your very special moment!l 😊
Well deserved
Did he have no idea until they came on .?
I think he suddenly realised it judging by look on his face at 44 seconds.

The 2022 storm was just OTT effects showing how the technology has come along. The 2004 one was much better.
Mark Charnock who plays Marlon Dingle on Emmerdale wins.
