C10 Square Body Gets New Wheels

- In this video we upgrade the wheels and tires on our 1974 C10 Square Body long bed pick up. Also seen on Instagram @gasratz.muscletruck We struggled to figure out what wheels and style we wanted but ended up landing on a what we were lookin for. We found a set of American Racing Tourqe Thrust and powder-coated them black and slapped some Hankook wheels on them.

Why doesn't anybody ever give the rim width and the off spacing in the back ? That would be a big help

I really liked the way the TTs looked originally with your champagne color. Very tasteful. I would've left it right there.
But I get that you like the blacked-out (do we still say "murdered"?) look for your wheels. Not really my cup of tea. I would've just done the spokes/center area of the wheels and left the lips polished. Best of both worlds there. Some shine on the lips to go with your bumpers and grill, and lotsa black for your style.
18s with some meaty sidewalls (kudos on your tire sizing, btw!) work really, really well on Squares. 👍

Looks good. I had a short bed 84 sold it last year now looking for another found a super clean 83 long bed, kind of unsure about a long bed over a short, but yours looks good. this one has the same gray torque thrusts just needs more low! What is the drop on your truck 5/7?
Yeah lots of people like the short beds but I like to be a little different. Thanks fir watching and the nice comment.

They have been converted. I think they are Camaro

The new wheels definitely improve the look of the truck! The build just keeps getting better with each mod. Do you feel that you have any room to go any bigger on the front tire (tall?)

No. Its close but no rubbing
@@gasratzcustoms Thanks! I was thinking of putting 305/70/17’s on my 73 C-10 but am unsure if they’ll rub. Maybe the 295’s are the widest I could go.
