Oh... Just remembered the New tech Coming to GHL with the new AI being built directly into GHL coming. Should we wait till then to incorporate Chat GBT as you are showing us? When i would assume that Zapier will no longer be needed and GHL will have Open AI connected right into the back end of the CRM. So maybe this snapshot you built will still work when we get transitioned to this new AI inside of GHL? It would work that way too for sure! The only downside is that you would have to text/email the response from openai to them. There’s no way I know of yet to get the response from openai onto the page that the form was submitted on.

Hey, you definitely can. Zapier makes it easier now with their official ChatGPT integration though and it has a field for a unique customer identifier which allows the bot to remember the conversation held with every person individually. I just launched v3 of our bot last night inside of our discord channel and am constantly making updates.

Where the client can select pre built options like a) social media content ideas- and answers few questions about the company which will be then sent to openai and he will receive a email or he can see the content in ghl.

Hi Andy, for what I know so far, it's free to send and receive msgs between GHL and Insta, but you need to pay Zapier account between LC and Zapier because the Zapier/ChatGTP intergration is consider as special app. if the user is using a fake email, i think the GBL will reconize the convertion with the user, if not, the GHL ask for the user email again

With Zapier there's no way to update the contact without an email or phone number on file. There are some ways around it *like creating a fake email address based on contact ID, etc.* but this video is 3 months old. A lot has changed since then. I'm also working on creating a custom app with GHL to allow us to use v2 API and send messages directly.
VERY IMPORTANT INQUIRY, ok, Q: If having to update the contact information for every new inquiry manually via the lead connector for the two Ai communication to commence could that be considered needing someone to update contact info as new people submit the initial email? (gatekeeper that only manually bounces the contact information) if so,(wouldn't that new user be awaiting the replay until someone does that manual update?) silly question I know just want to be clear on the current state and looking to overcome that bottleneck that depends on the human element for success or I could lose a customers interest at dinner if I or someone has to manually add that new customers email for them to get a response via their new inquiry?
After the initial setup and testing in Zapier, everything happens automatically. There’s no need for someone to manually add the email after they submit it because GHL automatically recognizes that it’s an email address and saves it to their contact without you doing it. After the email address is saved everything will move forward accordingly (no human step needed at all).
It works for a few requests and then I get this Zapier error: "You exceeded your current OpenAI API quota, please check your OpenAI plan and billing details." I haven't reached any quota and I read online it can happen if you don't have a credit card on file but I have one... been trying to solve it for 2 hours but haven't figured out how to do it. If you know how to do it, you'll be a life saver!

Yes but the credits are super cheap. I’ve had over 150 people testing mine and my bill last month was a little less than $3. You can also limit how many credits each user can use in the workflow. I added that into mine and only allow 200 inquiries per person for free.

You can definitely get it to speak in first person, just put that into your prompt. But as far as lead nurturing, I wouldn't say it's possible yet.
