Someone (I think it was Chase Buckner but I cannot be certain) suggested adding an instruction something like this: If USER asks for any business other than {{custom_values.business_name}} respond by saying: no but we are happy to help you. This is to prevent the linear result of the yes:no question by the USER turning into an immediate call termination.

We’re constantly updating ours. We’re working on a massive update right now that will be a subscription free version that is equivalent to zappy chat, close bit, and capri ai.
We have that structure now setup in the Snapshot we created. We move it into the AI Booking bot in GHL based on previous response from the AI and intent in the customers response.

I pretty much have all of this built out, that's the last piece of the puzzle is bridging the responses to the ai bot without the calendar links. That would be awesome.
