Taking care of hair and using natural hair products that actually work with your hair is way better than than following these hair trends that say use rice water and stuff.

Agreed. My goodness is hair the most important thing in life ? Moisturize it daily, shampoo it weekly, manipulate it like silk (gently), use simple products and voila. All these 4 hour routines are ridiculous. People get the same results in remote places in Jamaica and India, the Yao women use rice water, other people use other sources of protein in other lands. Goodness. I have long 4C hair past my shoulders (bra length) because I keep it simple, no vitamins, no magical rinse. And everytime I changed products or started a trend I experienced a setback. Black women need to LISTEN TO THEIR HAIR and let it be. Do people realize hair grows like nails, constantly, rice water or not ? It's like we look so stupid with this fascination and obsession, we've always had hair growing from our scalp. Just take care of it with common sense. I'm so over it.
