Yoyoka did a drum cover of this song about a year ago in tribute to their drummer Yukihiro Takahashi. I just watched it again, great fun, demonstrating some amazing hand speed.
A few years ago, I had commented that if this is the Sadistic Mika Band, then Band-Maid today, 4-5 decades later, is the Maidistic Mika Band (or Charismatic Miku band), since "Mika" is considered Miku's other name. As someone else referenced in the chat, I think it would be fun if you react to Sadistic Mika Band play live on the Old Grey Whistle Show with their song "Suki Suki Suki" in 1975. Of course, there they use "Gley", not "Grey" as an unfortunate stereotyping of Asian accents. Mika is a babe in this one, heh. Mika Kato married Chris Thomas.
