I have this same setup on my 2001! It’s definitely a hell of a puzzle to put together. Couple things that I recommend that I’m glad I did. Idk if you have aftermarket struts already but you cannot use the stock struts with the tubular k. I had to buy some koni orange jobbers. But those are fairly cheap. And also when you weld a bung on the oil pan (get one welded on, you don’t want the screw on one falling into the pan) DO NOT weld it into the center of the front of the pan like I did. Makes routing the hose super hard. Do some research but I believe it needs to go towards the passenger side on the front of the pan. Get rid of the barbed fitting and do a -10AN drain. same thing with the filter relocate. -8AN. also. I’m using the BA5000 sct maf. It works with that upgraded slot maf you did to the piping. Any questions on the install just hmu

It's gonna be sweet and yeah unfortunately they'll be going but hey maybe one day I'll switch to a supercharger and buy another pair who knows!

I just bought my On3 kit I’m going a VS racing 75mm with a terminator x to control everything I’m excited to see you guys do this. I watched your first video on doing the headers to do on my car now seeing you guys doing this is exciting.

Thanks we are too. And I've been trying to buy something since the spring so this kit was in stock now unlike other units / kits that are months backordered, the price is fair for what you get, and the power level is huge for what you pay for as long as your engine and trans can support it.
What are you doing for a tune? Do you get a base tune from On 3? Excited to see this thing get installed! 💪🏻

My setup is boosted cams, 2.3 whipple, full bolt ons, stock bottom end. I live on base in the Jersey Area! So if you want a good comparison for your fans sometime next year! We can make it happen! We also have very similar Mustangs so it would be funny 😂 let me know!

@@RatchetWrenches yes I am! And also I have to dial my stuff in as well! I have plenty of interior resto waiting to be replaced and suspension that needs installed and dialed in as well. I plan on having it tip top come spring time again. So if you’re 100% down I can DM you anytime! Make sure you get your car tip top and take as much time as needed! I’m glad you went turbo for the fact this will be a great comparison and side by side review! Keep up the great work guys and it’s awesome how far you’ve come with your build! These new edges are a dying breed and it’s nice to see people still putting hard work and pride in these cars to keep them alive! Especially still on the 2v platform! My respect to you guys! Again, great work guys and can’t wait to see how far your turbo build goes! When done right, these cars can really do more than what people think.
Just do the bumper exit and save yourself some time !
Putting exhaust back on is a pain in the ass and I promise it will sound better and your car will make a bit more power!
I did it to mine with a cobra bumper
I will more then likely do this in the future but I recently purchased the Borla catback and really wanna hear what it sounds like with that, plus it looks good/complete with nice polished tips out the back

The turbo quieted it down a lot especially compared to when I had the Xpipe.
But it still sounded good!

Don’t be like some turbo guys without a air filter on the turbo, turbo bearings and propeller are extremely sensitive. Make sure you use an air filter!
Haha yeah I would never run an open turbo in my engine bay. Too high of risk. What's your opinion on turbo guards with the fine mesh?
