- In todays video we are pulling the MF 2725 and opico grass Harrow out of the shed to see if we can rejuvenate our grass. I have to wire up the power for the air seeder which takes time but we get it going and we get to it. Fingers crossed that our new seed grows well and out competes the old grass. Sooo, the 2725 is finally out and roaring the countryside again :) I would not hesitate getting the Dromone hitches for bouth the 2725 and the 3690, it's well deserved! :)

Hi Phil hope the seed is still viable. The 2000 series Massey Ferguson's were ahead of their time with the full size doors like everything has now. Would have loved to be able to have a 2000 series back when they were new and I was about you're age but the closest I got is a 2805 belt buckle!!

Great video as usual, buy please don't use the starter as a power supply , starter can cause controller damage due to power surges. Connect to the battery and use fuses. 👍

Well Phil really do think that it will grow good grass I worked in England about 30 years ago and we harrowed all of the ground it opens it up and takes all the shitty dead grass out of it but the way you done it with grass seed it definitely has to grow lush green green grass 🚜🚜👌👌👍

the 2725 is a norfolk girl eh, supplied by TNS ,thats the same dealer we used for all out mf’s from the downham market branch, was a great branch to deal with

Hi Phil, have an einbock almost the exact same machine. Hoe I do full reseeding on any field that don't need till as is flat enough is either spray with roundup pre grazing graze and as cattle leaving the field go with one run and seed. Or roundup 2 days after cattle leave field and the same day once spray is dry one run of Harrow and seed. Has always worked.
Brilliant video, learned a lot about grass harrowing, its really a good cheap job and avoid picking stones in some places, good luck with the grass harrow machine

Do you think that grass seed will germinate after being around for so long ?
the 2725 started very easy .............had a minter of a 2620 that was a bastart to start cold .........could only be used in summer time .........got the high road after ............often regretted selling it ........was a flyer on the road would do over 40k but the back axle noise would defen you if you had no back window ..........
What are them grass Harrows like on oneven ground would it make a shit of the Harrow ?

2725 ................but you will not get it near 190 hp ........and if u did it would not last long ...........
Only tools that’s needed is a vice grips and lump hammer if they can’t fix it scrap it 😂😂😂

Why don't you lift you large stones are you lazy it will probably be left like the large stone in your last video
Ad be more than willing to bet the one in the last video has been dug out but why bother digging a stone out of a field that’s just used to graze cattle
