I watched these backward. I started with Leigh 100 days/things challenge then yours. Then I watched her and then you for your second one, so I already saw what your creature would turn out like. This time, I'm watching yours first. These are such fun ideas!
Okay, this is going to be a running commentary comment cause I'm taking notes as I watch... A) Thank you for joining me in this collab it was awesome! B) Your witchy look is on point! As a fellow curly-hair-haver I've always thought we get an addtional witchy boost just from the crazy curls. C) So glad we wrote down the same rules.... D) "Body nugget." Love it, lol. E) We each made the other have to look up how to do a particular stitch....learning is fun! (And yep, they were tiny feet. Orginally. Kind of changed it at the end). F) Awww, thank you. I love making those minis! G) "Tail knob" hehe...adding that to the list with "body nugget." H) That's literally exactly where I intended the feet to go! Great minds think alike. I)...aaaand we both threw in a Pokemon reference. Nice. J) I cannot be forced to choose between a caterpillar and a dragon/dinosaur. That's too hard. K) The Gonzo nose!!! L) I adore the cat-erpillar. So much. Even in it's completely green pre-evolved form. M)....I need to make my own cat-erpillar now. N) THE STRUGGLE NOT TO PEEK WAS REAL!!! O)....did we use any of the pieces the same way?!?!? lol P) Again, thank you so much for doing this with me! We'll definitely have to do it again.
I watched SkeinSpider's video first and I was so sure the 4th piece were supposed to be eyes xD But she made something so different of it, but also so creative. So very fun! And speaking of creative I love how you kept thinking about each piece and kept pinning things in different positions throughout all the changes. The cat-erpillar is so incredibly cute😍
I absolutely adored this! I love when TH-camrs Collab. I'm running to Skein Spiders video now. Thank you to you both for coming up with this fantastic project.
WOWWWWW!!!!! This is such a COOL video! Really, you two guys work so well together, and if I may say I love this 2nd time even Better!🤩 You are 2 of my favorites amigurumis designers on youtube, and yours 2 styles ARE different, but complete so well each others. You should do this exact exercise at least twice a year!✌️🤞 I was very cool to see yours process and way to approach each piece you received. I also liked that you didn't try to impose YOUR idea, and always designed your part in a way that Lee can have few options. Finally, I want so much to do that little " beastie" who came out so cool and so cute! The CAT- appellar is such a Fun idea, I really hope you share ( sell) this pattern with us! Good shot!!!!!!🥰 Ok, now, I' m heading over at Lee's channel to see her vision ...
I was expecting an emperor snake lol! So glad you did this cause now I have another amazing crocheter to follow! Also... Off topic... I SEE A SPOTTED LIZARD IN THE BACK AND I NEED IT!

I hope this is something the two of you enjoyed doing as much as I enjoyed watching and that you two will decide to do more like this in the future
@@SkeinSpider Legitimately the most fun I have had in a while, plus I just think it's some of the stronger design work I've done creatively too. The challenge gave that little extra push!
I reckon it would be fun if you both were happy to release the patterns you used to make this, so people could have a go at making different designs using the same pieces. Do you think that would be possible? I also think your cat-erpillar is SUPER cute and I'd love to make one too :D

I had to come watch to see what your version is. This is SOOOOOO cute!!!

I thought yours resembled Gastrodon, and then I went over to Skein Spider's side, and it seems you traded Pokemon at some point.

Saying it was 'so, so much fun' honestly feels like an understatement! I had such a great time working with Kylie on this and I hope she did too.

Dragon form is my favorite so I’m bummed out but it’s cute
I'm going to try my best to make a Cat-erpillar by bouncing back and forth between the videos! It'll be a fun challenge 🥰
I didn’t expect to fall for your cat-erpillar, but it is delightful. Did you ever try out your first base piece as the initial inspiration?
catarpillarrrrrr!
Caterpillar 😂I know this is long over! ❤❤
“You know how caterpillars are always disguising themselves as things?”
*shows a picture that is actually genuinely a group of birds*
I can find skein spider but not you. What is your info?
❤❤❤
totally din expect a CATerpillar. a normal caterpillar, yes. and yes, totally cute.
