I think these are my favorite episodes these days, even if you're stuck riding the struggle bus for a good portion of the process. 😅 The sketch of the platypillar rolled on his back with his tail curled over his belly, ala baby dragon, would have been so cute as well. I love the little spider mite too! He's so compact and cute, like he's just going about his little buggy business. 😂 39°C is ridiculously hot, omg. I'm in the southeast USA and the hottest part of our summer can get that high, but only a few days at a time, thankfully. The worst is having it that hot and ridiculously humid. I call it "swimming through hot soup" weather. It usually maxes out at around 35°C most of the summer. As I am "heat intolerant", which is actually a physical medical condition and not just a mental one, hot summers mean plenty of time indoors with the ac turned up and a fan on for me. 🥵 Stay cool my friend. None of us want to see you reduced to a floor puddle. 😂

It turned out ok, but if you where to make a "scale up more complicated things"-video, that would be my entry! I would really love to know how you would do it! Also, the shell is just so gorgeous, it could be turned into a handbag, or a place to collect your yarn scaps, or other things I haven't thought of. Thanks again, your videos are such a gift!

I must say (slightly random because it's not related to THIS video exactly other than watching you form the body nugget lol) I've learned quite a bit of how to shape something from the top down by watching you. I wanted to make a squirrel that was one piece but didn't start at the nose and didn't have puffy cheeks. A nice sleek defined shape. I was STUMPED. And then it clicked that you do funky shapes all the time and it's all about where the increases and decreases are. I was so excited to realize that. However it's taking me so long and so many tries to get it right 😂
