Nuts & Milk is a platform game deriving influences from a number of famous Nintendo games, including Kirby (puffy pink blob as a protagonist), Mario Bros. (green and red fireballs), Donkey Kong Jr. (spring platforms, jumping from ladder to ladder and fruits) and Wrecking Crew (barrels).
This improvement of 00:15.22 seconds over the previous published movie collects all the fruit in all stages, including the bonus round (the latter of which triggers the 'PERFECT' ending).

Maybe I'm looking too deep into this, but what exactly is the girl in danger from? I'm assuming you're supposed to be saving her from something since she is calling for help, but she's just inside an ordinary house and the trigger to get her to come out is collecting all the food. It looks more like she's just waiting for the player to bring her a meal and is being overly dramatic about her hunger.

Game theory time.
Nuts and Milk was the best friends during college days. Some time after college they learned that Milk was a dirty gold digger. Soon after their friendship was ended. One day Nuts met Yogurt and started to compete for her affection. Yogurt didn't understand what's going on and thought that Nuts simply want to steal all of her fruits. During heated competition Milk appeared and appealed to Yogurt. Knowing real intentions of Milk for milking Yogurt's finances, Nuts decided to focus on saving Yogurt from Milk's evil schemes. But they failed miserably as Milk steals and sell every fruit, while in Yogurt's eyes it was Nuts who did that and asked for Milk's help. Milk continued to drain Yogurt's finances and also managed to stole some helicopters that belonged to Nuts. It was way past level 50 when Yogurt finally understand what's happening, but she was already broke by that point and Milk successfully moved to other victim of his gold digging scheme. Feeling guilty for failing to help Yogurt, Nuts decided end their lives in a water below stage 50. Milk successfully continued to get a lot of money and lived a happy life.
