The nostalgia of waking up on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any random family party, having everyone coming over or going over to their house, and saying hi to all your cousins, aunts, uncles, then taking our food upstairs to our rooms (even though we were not allowed to) while the adults were talking or watching TV, turning on the Wii, taking Mario Party 8 out, and putting Mario Kart Wii into your Wii, (and checking if got any messages from your friends).

Also, a random fact: One time when I was playing a MKWii Grand Prix, Donkey Kong was last place in each race(I think I was Toad when that happened).

Certain Mario karts click with different people who love their favored versions. Certain people love Wii more. Certain people love Double Dash more, same with 8 or Ds and so on. Even when MK 9 or 10 comes out and it has say 100 of the most amazing tracks, 100 different characters and 40 different modes. The best graphics and music. Your still subjectively prefer The Wii because of nostalgia.

Who else remembers playing with somebody else and when they lost we screamed and called the other person a cheater? Yep, I remember that too. I loved Mario kart and I can’t find much videos. I always loved this game, I played it maybe when I was around 6 or 7, and I immediately fell in love with it. I remember doing the coin collecting thingy and me and my brother would always horseplay on the map. It was very fun, and brings back memories. *nothing can take away that memory*

Mario kart 8 is a really great game and I prefer it over Wii but the Wii will always have a very nostalgic feel to it. Also, the small details like sound effects make this game so much fun. What a great time !
