I am literally saving up to buy a Gamecube just so I can play this game again. I loved Double Dash as a kid and whenever I play it at a friends house, it is just as fantastic as I remember it, probably one of the best Mario Karts of all time!
I always wondered why Nintendo never brought back the All Cup Tour as an official cup since Double Dash. I mean I know we can make our own in VS mode (Except for Mario Kart 7 unless your playing multiplayer), but still thats more of an exhibition than anything else
my favorite course in double dash: DK mountain. its so much fun and fairly simple least favorite course: baby park. its the easiest track in the whole mario kart series but its boring i dont hate baby park though unlike 2 of the other tracks (mushroom city and sherbet land) but i prefer tracks with hazards but not too many hazards like on sherbet land and mushroom city

1- Starting Track as the default Starting Track of the all cup tour. 2- Unlucky, a fun track but a bit harder and too more action for a second one. 3- Lucky, a relaxing track after the second one. 4- Yeah, having fun at the start is good 5- entering Mid-tour, a hard and with too more action track, but good a this point of the All-tour cup. 6- Boring and not too demanding, but take a rest from the last course. 7- Bad luck, one of the most hated tracks in the entire game, and hard... but its mandatory to do. 8- Take a relax from the last course, and a extreme change of season. 9- I'm not a fan of this one, too difficult and scary, but good positioned at mid-late all-cup. 10- Easy and fun track... good to compense the previous one. 11- My least favorite one, but... easiest than 9th and 7th, i really hate this track... but is mandatory to do. 12- A good track, but too competitive... but i like it. The final 5 tracks are very good. (You're Lucky with 11-15...) 13- I love this track... too lucky. But too late... this track is peaceful but it feels better as an early-mid track. 14- YEAH... MY Favorite Track... waiting as one of the last ones is regretful. You can enjoy this amazing and peaceful but exciting track after passing all the hateful ones. 15- An amazing and demanding track... but too fun, you have luck, and this was randomly choosed as the second-to-last. Exciting 16- Final and Hardest Track as the default last track of the all cup tour.
In the All Cup Tour, the first race you play is always Luigi Circuit, the very last track you play is always Rainbow Road and all the other tracks are selected at random.
Am I the only One that Finds this Mario kart game super difficult?Compared to the other Mario kart games this game Is hard as hell to get first.I tried this 150cc Cup tour today and,After several attempts, I only make First with the save states.I find the cpu and the items more agressive and unfair in this game than the ones of Mario kart Wii and the controls are a bit slippery.Overall this game Is really fun and Is in my top 3 Mario kart games, but can be a pain to unlock the Cup tour,the mirror mode and king Boo with petey piranha. (Sorry for my bad english I'm italian)

Save states enable players to save their games even when the emulated game or system does not support the feature."I played this game on dolphin emulator and I used the save states when I scored enough points to get first in a race during the 150 cc all cup tour and loaded the saves when I didn't get enough points so I didn't have to re-do the all cup tour all over again. I hope you understand what I wrote, even if the definition of save state I took it from the internet😅
@Eliot Salgado Oh, ,I dunno bout that. While he did indeed make some tactical driving mistakes here and there he was clearly trying his best. He got close. All cup tour on 150cc is rough.

Once you have played all these cups 150cc so many times, your brain already know all the turns and where you’re supposed to drift etc etc. It’s like whoever was playin these tracks was like playing them for like the second or third time. It’s been probably more than 15 years since the last time I played Mario kart double dash, but I know all these tracks by heart. I know how to turn and drift in each and every single one of them. I could play 150cc and mirror mode and I’d still get first place every single time
This is seriously one of the best games ever, constant back and forth battle with friends and maps in this one are awesome.
