If you don’t think about the long haul being a doawk movie it’s actually pretty good
I definitely agree that the main reason people hate The Long Haul is because it's connected to the Wimpy Kid series. If it was it's own movie separate from anything, I doubt it would have gotten nearly as much hate.

All of these are fan made covers. The version I used for The Long Haul was made long before the movie came out. The original videos are in the description.

In the movies, they combined the last straw and dog days into one movie. They decided, since the story was mainly based on the last straw, to use scenes from that book in the intro.
Yes but they showed last straw pages because they didn't make a mivie of that and the movie was fairly different to the dog days book.

I actually made a video a while ago theorizing that the pages we see in the intro are moments that happened before the movie began since the pages move backwards.
@@Miditzi think the dog days book was way too different to the movie so showing the pages from it would have felt strange to me.

The channel I found these remixes from unfortunately never uploaded a remixed version of the 2021 movie theme so I couldn’t do it.
Well actually they make the video before publishing it so he made it done before December 2021
