Vibratory Feeder Bowl for Plastic Screw Caps

Perhaps the most common type of cap, screw caps can be found on household and industrial products such as tubes, jars, and bottles. In this application, we’re orienting plastic screw caps in a vibratory feeder bowl at a requested rate of 125 parts per minute (PPM). The system features a quick dump, an aluminum sound enclosure, and an optional dual lane, horizontal discharge.
