"Surreal" is the word. As soon as I saw the image, I knew it was by you. No one else would have made this. You don't need a signature... your work is your signature. Another wonderful creation.
I think uncanny is a good word too. It falls within the Uncanny Valley. The slight uneasy/creepy feeling something gives you when it's close to being anatomicaly correct but also slightly "wrong" at the same time. That's the feeling I got looking at the foot lol. I think it was the detail of the tendons/veins that did it.
I've read that there is a fine line between insanity and genius. You have erased that line (or maybe brushed it away!) and I am glad. Also glad I wasn't drinking anything during the "cut like butter" bit.Simply brilliant work.

That foot is a nice representation of uncanny valley - it looks almost real, to the point it looks like a dead foot from mummie for example. Wonderful job!
I have Never looked forward to Any videos as much as I do yours. In all the years of TH-cam yours are the most enjoyable. Consistently enjoyable. I most seriously look forward to many more. Thank you.
You made whaaaaaat??? Uri you are just beyond words! You have the ability to create completely strange and odd items, with means and craftsmanship that only few would dare to copy ( so in a sense completely unnecessary to most of your viewers) but you still manage to captivate and inspire everyone! I have nothing to say that would be worthy of your work.. The only thing I can say is that I'm trully honored to have the chance to admire a true artist while he's working! I really hope this content is there for my children to watch! From all the channels that I follow, yours is the one that sticks out and your work is the one that provokes my imagination and breaks the limits of my creativity! Not to mention your honest unpretentious personality!!! Thank you for sharing your content ...please try to continue as much as you can (dare)! We appreciate it!
Well done Uri. Every morning I check to see if you've made a new video and your creativity never disappoints to entertain. A "foot-shoe shine brush" makes one imagine a "skull-hair brush" or a "finger-laser pointer" ... could prove to be fun. Work safe.
You as always put a smile on my face when you create something sureal and fun. A man who builds machinery out of sewing machines is a timeless genius. You know the guy who made the first set of precision gauge blocks polished them on a sewing machine. There's something about a sewing machine that's holding all the keys here....hmmm.😉
Every foot has different details, my right foot goes in on the right side in a similar way to the foot you've made, no idea why. It makes a great looking foot brush handle!
Now this was really out of the box .... interesting... 👞 🖌 Just have to say that as a Mom you look as if you were a very sweet shy little guy. Love your stuff. One of my son's also love's creating works of art out of metal... 🦋
Haha. Very unique and, certainly, artistic. I think you need a Flowbee to trim those hairs. The synthesizer music would go well with the flowbee at 10:00.
I came here for the wood working, and the man pulls out a engraver and just on the fly engraves a piece of brass “just because” Great job fine sir. Beautiful in every stage of the process.
I have a boot black friend I am going to make this for for sure. I’ll add the link to this video on my description of course. Looks so cool grate job and amazing idea.
Hey Uri, I would've suggested for a shoe brush use boar air bristles. They're soft enough for general shoe shining but stiff enough to not enough to scratch the shoes. You basicly made a foot shaped dust brush.
A good method for doing veins: round over the head of a nail, or some small smooth metal implement with a round head 1-3mm, then use it to push and drag the places you want the veins. Basically to compress the wood fibers where the veins will be located. Then sand the whole area down. Finally put water on the areas you compressed where the veins are. The water will decompress the wood fibers where the veins are and make them lift back up.
Oh my God I'm laughing so hard right now (hair on the bottom of the foot). Once you reviewed it I couldn't stop laughing. Thank you so much for the video and the laugh I got out of it. Fantastic work by the way.
Hey really nice project! if the bristles are synthetic maybe you can straighten them by passing it on steam and combing or brushing when they're warm and soft. In case you mind those crooked ones.
I don't know if you would be interested in revisiting this but I thought it would look great if that brass plates was replaced by inlaid disks representing the cross sections of the leg bone, blood vessels, muscles, and tendons. Preferably with different contrasting metals for the different parts.
Uri, you are awesome! Should have taken the finished thing to the local barbers and asked to trim it flat and neat. The expression on their face, oh I wonder...
I think the word for the hairy foot was "disconcerting". I found it so. Thank you for the great videos. Good luck with your Patreon. Oh and this quick addition, I was thinking as you started today that I don't think of you as a crafting channel at all really, You are my favorite performance artist. There is also a meme out there for a lot of what goes on on youtube and for a whole genre of movies, they call it "competency porn". The sort of thing where you watch to see if they will be able to handle what they are trying to accomplish. You always perform so admirably, thank you.
How did you attach the brush plugs into the holes? Did you glue them or use mechanical fastener of some type? The video didn't really show that part very well.
"Surreal" is the word.
As soon as I saw the image, I knew it was by you. No one else would have made this. You don't need a signature... your work is your signature. Another wonderful creation.
Thanks Ron!
Ron Tocknell my thoughts exactly! A truly unique and amazing person!!

Uri, you made the foot too realistic. It gave me chills when you started drilling into it lol
And it tickled when he was rubbing the finish into the sole

The sawing trick at @1:04 was very ThisOldTonyesque, I love it.
Wanted to write that someone was watching This Old Tony, but figured someone must have pointed it out by now... And there you are.
It was a trick??? Damnation, That’s why I can’t get it to work… 😡
Archaeologists are gonna dig up this in a 1000 years and go wtf
Totally! but probably only the brass plate with an upside down pigeon will be all that is left :)
Archaeologists don't sat wtf they are going to say it's a 'ritual' brush
@@loookas yes they do. Like anyone else

Mr. Uri, I simply adore the style and the projects... Favorite crafting channel!!

“It’s very brushy.”
Mission accomplished.
This project made me smile and laugh a lot! You are so original and creative! Keep it up!

Your sense of humor is so top notch, I love it
I love all your videos and as someone mentioned this project is definitely you. Thanks for all your videos, they always make me smile.

The people who dislike this pure, lovely man's videos are the same people who yell at their children in public
You are such a kind and benign person Uri. You deserve the best . I wish you get many many patreons! Keep up the great work !
This is my favoutire foot brush on youtube... much better than all the others. Bravo for setting a trend.
Oh, so we are just friends now and not good friends? What's next, Hello my acquaintances? :P
Love your stuff. Keep up the good work.
I thought that too! Uri watchers of the world unite! Throw off your shackles! Campaign for good friendship once again!

I love your projects, Uri. They're truly original, entertaining, and refreshing.
Uri, you have the most fantastic TH-cam channel! You have me laughing from start to finish. Thank you, and keep up the awesome projects. Any who...lol
This is a great channel. Every video is just more entertaining and has more effort put into making it so than the last. I’m glad I found it.
Feet have a bump towards the outside, midway along the length and party edge to the sole. You did another excellent design.
Just found your channel. I love seeing amusement united with engineering and art! So unique. I love it.
Uri Its a real nice foot brush... I really like it.. Goes great with your hand saw... I wonder what other hand and foot related things you can make.
How macabre in a funny way! Very skilled craftsmanship as always!
Interesting build for sure! As always - exceptional craftsmanship!
Undoubtedly the most under resourced maker on youtube BUT unquestionably the most unique and talented. 👏
Now this was really out of the box .... interesting... 👞 🖌 Just have to say that as a Mom you look as if you were a very sweet shy little guy. Love your stuff. One of my son's also love's creating works of art out of metal... 🦋
I love watching you work, you're a pleasure and your craftsmanship and charm does nothing but accentuate it!🐙
Holey foot!!! Rogaine eat your heart out! This totally puts a new meaning to the term hair plugs. Great job Uri. Thanks for sharing.
found out about this guy pretty recently and i've already consumed all his videos! this guy is a genius!

I'd love to watch you come to America and do a project with Bobby Duke!...or Peter Brown. Either or.
Bobby Duke!
This is sooo great!!!
Der Schnitt und Schuhcreme guided me to Germany 😉
Hey uri y can`t help you from Brasil (1 dolar is 4 reais) but y love your art, so tank you for sharing this with us

This has to be my favorite channel
I saw a program where they made brushes and they used starch to hold the hair together for shaping the bristles.
Another fantastic project, thank you sir!
Your videos always make me smile. It's like meeting the Addams family - surreal, strange but happy.

Pretty grotesque but wonderful, as usual :) the editing quality is better in this video than before also ! Keep on going you genius
Your engraving is so beautiful.

You've gotten a lot better at making videos and your camera shyness seems to be gone!!! So elated that you've made it this far Uri :)
amazing things you make, greetings from sweden tuchman :)
You are a true artist.
another Uri video, another smile and once again I question reality a little. Thank you!
Some of the projects you come up with are amazing and bizaar...lol. Love it.
You should make a shoe case for it to hang above or beside your desk by the shoelaces.
I rely like watching your videos you make me smile and laugh. thank you for sharing your amazing skill's
Uri, you are awesome!
Should have taken the finished thing to the local barbers and asked to trim it flat and neat. The expression on their face, oh I wonder...
Could you please try stone sculpting in your next video, i have a feeling that you would be absolutely amazing at it.
They say the first sign of madness is looking for hair on the soles of your feet. The second sign is finding them! A wonderful mad creation.
Auch du liebst Budapester, ich auch, einer der schönsten und bequemsten klassischen Schuhe!
Uri, I just love your videos!!
Surreal, uncanny and eerie.
Could only have been made by Uri Tuchman.
Let's give it a schnitt.... Your Denglish is fabulous! Ich liebe es!!
As always...love the video! I'd love to hear about you and what you do in life! You should do a little q&a video.
“Cuts like butter”😂
I'm definitely going to wax my saw blades from now on. Brilliant!
Unterhaltsam und Merkwürdig zugleich
😂😂😂😂 you made my day. Tuchman at his best.
This is an abomination.
I love it !
Am I the first to point the Cosmo Kramer-vibe of your entry moves ?
I can already see this in some antique shop confusing people

Laughed hard at your waxed saw footage 🤣🤣🤣

Very cool project!
It's freakishly life like, and I love it!
Uri: "it would be more appropriate if we make it a foot"
me: "NO ITS NOT but i love it"
9:20 such a work of genius (the video)
8:45 I've never had trypophobia (fear of tiny holes) before, but I do have phantom sense. And that didn't "feel" too good...
Watching your videos is like listening to music.
Uri, you're awesome 💖👍👍👏👏👌👌love and respects from india 💞
Yay, you finally made a Patreon account!

I gave my bank account a little schnitt to support this great channel.
