Yes, now this is absolutely legit. I've faced this issue too. The market is flooded with fake HW sets, and many of them have dual branding, one is HW and the second one is different. Shockingly, the fake cars are exact duplicate copies of the original HW models, only the size is a bit different. Also the nomenclature spellings are also erroneous as rightly pointed out by you here.
I always got confused about this scam.

They have the letter "S" but they are fake.
Because They have plastic body
