Just noticed this video has only 17k views. So underrated! I watched all the previous videos two times, I actually practice lessons a lot and can navigate through several race tracks with decent pace. So thank you! One big obstacle for me was ascend and descent mechanics. For example, first track on first "bales" map. When you need to fly close to the ground, but ground moves up and down. I did not remember you covering this in previous vids. And I would like to check out drills for intermediate pilots, after I finish this playlist.
This was the most fun lesson yet. I kinda skipped ahead and started to try power loops as well... I can do them semi-consistently, but what I really want to do is the same sort of thing in the roll axis rather than pitch. Like go down one road, then throttle and roll in a loop over to the other side. I can't quite get it.
I love this series. Thank you. Although I must admit, I feel a throttle pump exercise without extra exercises (such as flips and rolls) would've actually made much more sense much earlier in the series. Sometime after you emphasized using gentle motions, but before the basic tricks... just saying. Nonetheless, this series is excellent! Thank you!
is the series going to include advanced tricks in the future for intermideate pilots looking to improve? im ok but would like to learn how to trippy spin and such. thanks for the reccomend btw jb, really enjoying that baby ape!

Get a Squidstick if you fly in simulators there awesome! Its an ELRS ready cordless dongle that shows up as a USB joystick simple to configure! Works with the Liftoff simulator. Just flash it your bind phrase set forth and rip sticks in fully immersed 3D FPV simulation!
That's cool, I was wondering if something like that existed. I'm not bothered by having to use USB, but I felt like something wireless ought to exist for a freakin' radio controller.
Great tutorial series - following avidly :) - I find extremely difficult to use the default rates / blueprints to do the more precise stuff like going through the racing gates and windows (using the boxer controller) - do you think I should insist practicing at those rates (I had a quick go at lower rates and it seemed quite a bit easier)?
@@JoshuaBardwell let's say we have mouse4 in gaming, there is no intention or binds to it. But usually it is used for movement adjacent things like grenade, microphone, freelook, crouch etc. So it's not unreasonable to have common binds in a radio.
I got a problem on speedy bee 35 fpv frame with lava 2400kv 2006 motor. The problem is that when I use 3s battery the drone flying smoothly but when I use a 6s battery it fly smoothly if I slowly move the radio stick but when I suddenly increase the throttle then the drone flip randomly motor stop running and after the flipped motor automatically rotate

I think you're fine to take your rates down a little lower. Maybe as low as 400 dps might be reasonable.

Have you done a video on rc controllers? My radiomaster has so many control surfaces, no clue what is the intention behind them.
That's kind of like looking at a pile of legos and asking, what's the intention behind them. You can make them do whatever you want.
