I wish the game made it a bit more obvious that you could make a second batch of wall turrets further up the shaft. You can just BARELY see the symbol saying you can build up at the top of the screen when you scroll up a bunch, but there's no real incentive to draw your eyes there. Feels really easy to miss in the moment.
Yeah, personally I feel the built turrets should stay at the layer their built at, and you get new emplacements when you drill down; which would both indicate clearly that you can have more turrets, and has the more powerful stuff you unlock be deeper, where it makes more sense to have it.
Yeah, especially if you don't KNOW it's there. It wasn't there on the first level, so why would you think you can scroll up there? Even just a quick tooltip like the one about stacking of platform equipment would help.
This game is literally new mission type coming in to Deep Rock Galactic in the season 5.
Rock and Stone!
Literally, is this a teaser of something??
Mandatory ROCK AND STONE EVERYONE!!
I thought it was Pac-man in the day, and Space invaders at night.
Seen a few previews on this and am pretty excited, basically domekeeper with more base building and tower defense. Got it on my wishlist and looking forward to the launch.
I cant believe it took wonderbot 1 hr in the video just to look up and noticed turret placings bruh lmao
Wouldn't be a Wanderbots vid without him not noticing something... but also, the additional turret slots are not tutorialized very well
Oh, I like this. It's a horizontal version of the Kingdom or Until We Die sort of game
Rock and Stone for Democracy
The weapons you can biuld on the platforms are by far the best, need to build moreof those, they clear out so many bugs.
I'm so glad I found your channel because through it I can see so many amazing indie games that I would have likely never learned about.
I too spent 2/3 of the video internally screaming for you to look up :) but yes poison turrets on high level are fun, and mortars are even better: big range, they throw a decent aoe and then drop 3 smaller bombs on mobs bellow ;)
you can make more turrets when u go down a floor but u need to look higher up for there is a gap between them
i like how barmen just stays there at end
if you look up you will have turret emplacement slots from where you previously were. so when you have dug down once u will have 5 turret slots above your current position 58:06
If u watched more u will see he figured it out
Thank you for being competent at this enough for the video to be not just watchable but also enjoyable. I really wish the demo was widely available. NVM! Got immediately granted access!
Llove the artstyle and overall concept. Could also promise a lot of depth to the mechanics, with all the upgrades and the tower-defense feature. Looking forward to where it goes.
58:15 i was screaming at my monitor XD
For rock and stone!!!!
Rock and Stone!!!
Rock and Stone!!!
Did i hear Rock and Stone?!
As far as I know you do get more more turret framing as you go down just scroll up.
Damn. 3rd game in this genre and it has it own unique feel. Instant buy.
Hope It will release soon.
Thanks for the Tipp.
Hoping it has a good meta progression. Looks like it has good potential.
After wall World and dome keeper. Great.
So it's DRG + that previous indie title that's mostly blue and black and you dig to protrct your dome. Right?
I just noticed you didnt utilize pause enough. When deciding where to mine if you pause you wont miss clicking on the iron factory spawns since every second you don’t empty the factory is lost producing time
1:05:42 Was about to jump out my Window but didn't want to disturb the neighbours
I want this game. Anything similar other than dome keeper?
Feels like Dome Keeper mixed with other elements.
interesting looking game! I think the radar gets better when you have more of them? not sure, im going to give this a try.
It gets a reduced cooldown from what i saw
but wander already seemed to be using it kinda rarely (from what i saw you can use it roughly 4 times per day bye default since it also charges during night and he was using it maybe twice. and then theres also pause so you could radar Plan your mining and then resume like he did towards the later part of the 1st run (Effectively macking it into what he hoped for it to be exept not limitet in sight range and just requiring planning)
you get 5 more turret places every time you go down a level. do you not see them?
I just saw the train for this game yesterday and was thinking and hoping about making a video on it
You need to drill the eggs!!
the ratio of rewards vs what you can find seems so disproportional that mining permanent resources does not matter. Edit: repeating a difficulty should reduce the reward so only the first couple of runs has the rewards better then the mined.
Which button is pause. Play on the Steam deck. Going through all the buttons is a bit annoying.
This is weirdly giving Lumencraft vibes.
I think I'd rather the wall turrets stay where they are and blank wall turrets be put at the bottom or be given the option to move turrets during the day.
1:20:00 ish I have nothing else to do (after casually watching 2 miners get squashed by a boulder)
Poor bartenders...
Thx for the video!
Looks addictive
Missed a boss
You do have more turret spots scroll up
That tutorial overload. Yikes!
As someone who played in the play test the genius of it is that everything stays available when paused until you remove it manually, allowing you to learn at your own pace until you get your bearings with the game
Yeah, I like it a lot actually. It's a bit much upfront, but far less cumbersome than most other tutorials I've seen/played recently.
Un juego con mucho potencial, lo he jugado y está muy completo y entretenido. Va ser todo un éxito. 😂🎉
Like Fallout Shelter?
