I recently spotted some precast staircasing parts on an artic parked at some motorway services,I took a quick look at them and immediately noticed the overall quality was remarkably neat and precise,with not a rough corner or edge in sight and the finish was flawless.
I wondered that as well...I was a steelfixer here in Australia for over 5 years doing high-rise construction, and my understanding was that all precast panels etc had tensioned steel reinforcement, not regular rebar, to prevent cracking.
@@rooster56100 To _minimize_ cracking. I thought the world had mastered concrete, but some videos I've seen from China are insane. Cured concrete being pulled apart with nothing but hands. Stay safe.

Вечерняя зорька . Диски, серпы и мазки облаков, комья под цвет размокающей кальки встали, повисли над пляжем домов, что из песка и изглаженной гальки. Сочный окрас нависающих туч где-то вдали размешался с ветрами, ставшими штилем средь зелени, гущ, давшим прохладу меж душными днями. День догорает средь тающих сил. Стены жилищ еле алого цвета. В тихом пейзаже почти что остыл тёпло-оранжевый уголь рассвета. Город, как церковь, и купол над всем. Солнце, как главная суть иль иконка. В частных подворьях затишье всех тем. Люд наблюдает вечернюю зорьку.
Эскалаторы или траволаторы вместо обычных лесниц с подьемом или спуском на Мцд2 Покровское и На белоруском вокзале и т.д ( а сверху Крышу ) над траволаторами и эскалаторами 🤝🤝🤝🤝✍️✍️✍️✍️👍👍🔥...!!!
Great video but it's a shame that you couldn't keep it real by keeping the added music out of it. No music would equal 10/10. I would give it a 6/10, purely because I had to mute it. Sound was so fake.
@@snuggles03 how is that slow? Why do they need a production line pumping out 1000 precast stairs per hour? Seems like you don't understand efficiency for mass production. If they complete 1 unit a day that's 365 units a year. If you invest to double the capacity but there's no demand for it that's stupid
I noticed that, too. But they cheated in the wrong direction. Their cheating would have indicated a greater slump than the concrete actually had. Why would they cheat in that direction? It is easier to pour concrete when it has a greater slump, but a greater slump has less strength. Anyway, I agree with you.
