The ironic thing is... this cop would have never been taken down if he hadn't been so greedy and vicious to a low level drug dealer. The low level drug dealer truly got his revenge. The sad thing was the aunt who lost her life; but at least her murder was solved.
Orleans Parish solved this problem by ceasing to recruit most of their officers from Orleans Parish. Most NOPD officers don't even live in N.O. Most don't even live in Orleans Parish. The upbeat ending makes it sound like there was a clean sweep through the city and everything had a happy ending. When in reality alot of cops from other jurisdictions were compelled to do 'loan tours' into the sewer city, bolstered by an abnormally high presence of state troopers, and has been largely written off as unpoliceable. Orleans has deteriorated to the point that they can't find viable recruits in the city, and the other departments that are basically forced to pick up the slack have little incentive to police an area they don't live in, don't vote in, don't send their kids to school there, and have no plans to ever do so. If N.O. wasn't the home of Mardi Gras, the other agencies would have let the city wilt on the vine and die off by now, but unfortunaly that one holiday brings in tons of cash over about two weeks and the none of the City and State officials want to give up that cash cow. So they just keep sticking band-aids on everything. Now there is rampant corruption in the jail/correctional facilities as well. Drugs, Firearms, female guards prostituting themselves to inmates by the dozens. It's beyond saving. For years i had to work in and around New Orleans and hated everything about it. The traffic, the smell, the people, the infrastructure. I thank God I don't anymore. If i never go in that city again before I die, I'll be a happy man. The only people that willingly live there are people who have no choice but to. It is a garbage heap.
Lifelong resident of New Orleans, and I have to agree with everything that you said!! there’s a reason why New Orleans leads the nation in murderers, as well as in many violent crime categories. Street gangs and adolescent crimes, such as carjackings, are simply out of control. You have a crooked, Mayor, and a crooked police department.
Everybody thinks it only happens in big cities and metropolitan areas, but it's worst in your more rural areas. Especially in areas where everybody practically knows your name.
Just as there is a 2-tiered justice system in politics these days, there should be a separate responsibility accepted by anyone who signs an oath to the community. That responsibility should go above and beyond the punishment for convicted civilians. Those punishments should be much more severe and carry no immunities or deals. Is there anything more insidious than corrupt civil servants? (from DC down to the local dog catcher)

This practice attracts a certain mindset and character of military-minded, aggressive, followers who are always willing to follow orders outside the Constitution. Its shameful, disgraceful, un-American and will only continue to rot the trust of the public. One would never know in today's environment that all cops take an oath to uphold the Constitution
Come to Australia , and see what's recruited , to wear a uniform , we employ tenth grade dropouts , one cop in my area ,she was on welfare for , over ten years ! ,And she's corrupt and treats people like sh** .
Just a week or so ago there was a video of an official (mayor or someone) that mentioned that that city's applicant go through various tests and also psocological tests and their force don't have the out of control behaviour like other cities and counties. Maybe someone could affirm that. It was right here on You Tube.
These cops really paid once they were in prison. Prisoners hate cops, and crooked cops even more.
So sad for the girl n her boy who was beaten... God Bless her
Where was Steven Segal when this was happening??
He was in Jefferson Parish, pretending to be a cop. This story took place in Orleans Parish. Both departments are crooked as hell, but at least Orleans Parish isn't mixed up with a has-been, Grade C, actor playing cop.
"- We have investigated ourself , and we couldnt find any wrong doing " .
Quote from police and fbi .
Great job FBI
Well Done FBI!!
This is everywhere in America not just one city..
How would you know ? You never set foot in other states
There's corrupt cops in every damn precinct
Corruption happens anywhere. If you believe there’s a “perfect” job out there you’ll die not finding it. Yes, corruption happens in law enforcement agencies, but don’t let it swindle you to believe they’re all like this. There’s a ton of good ones out there. Don’t let what you see on your screen dictate the hate and bitterness you’ll form in your heart.
All cops should take a polygraph test to see if they're becoming a cop for the right reasons.
Pysh evaluations are needed
Thank You For Sharing 🇺🇲
I love the F.B.I.❤💯Thank God for them.💯👏👏👏
If it's this bad there??? Guess what is like in a city like Vegas!??!! That'll get your wheels turning!
John Conditt Jr + FBI = standby for launch !
Love this!
FBI should do same within own agency and then DC
The way he said they broke the laws they were sworn to uphold just by that much emotion I could tell he was disgusted
Shocking and amazing at the same time! Thanks to the undercover agents!
Broke my heart 300 dollars the mom got murdered 💔 so sorry for her family!
I'm so glad that officer hadden took that last call from Terry Adams!!! Adams need to write a book
Wyatt Earp and his brothers did the same thing, hiding behind badges and being criminals
When the F.B.I. was the F.B.I.
One of the best ever!!! Gr8 post, Bravo 👏 Bravo 👏
Yeah Detective Sasha Tucson after I got shot 5×1 time in the head thought I was gonna be dead stole my BMW. You definitely can’t trust New Orleans police
Why would Davis plan to kill JJ when JJ was the supply and they didn’t know his higher up and there for ruin the gold mine? That makes zero sense.
Greed and ownership. One less person to share the profits with.
He was starting to distrust JJ. He also had that woman killed and a new chief joined the force, so you get sloppy in your thinking. This was very common in the mafia-they start to slip when taking on too much, too many killings, and everyone becomes the enemy in their mind. Davis became a loose, greedy cannon.
Like this program
Greed is so admired in US that any monster is considered a folk hero.
You are so right !
“Len Davis” Is Regular In These Episode
Which is More Sad, that this has been happening For YEARS, or that the police depts turn a blind eye? It is RARE when an officer will cross "the blue line", they stand united.
"The dope is in!" Haha, I can't stop thinking about Half-Baked. "You have to be the dumbest dealers in the history of the dope game..you mean the game you run b?" "This is our best Chiva, pure China White..." "That looks like Heroin to me yo.." hahaha
Greed and Money is the Root of all Evil.
Guess that mom couldn't use the racism excuse seeing as both officers were black. Lmao
True! 😂😂
I love how these fbi agents plan their own heist on their own product
A corrupt gangster is digging his own grave
Wow, condolences to Kim Groves family, she shouldn’t have had to die, it worries me they are more concerned with the guys that are supposed to be protecting people like Kim Groves. Just saying
As long as they take out the trash.
This is a great outcome in this case. I've watched so many videos on TH-cam with bad cops , who don't know very basic law. The citizen gets arrested it goes to court (if not dropped by the DA). The citizen has all the cost to pay for a lawyer time of work. Found innocent no consequences for the Cop. Because of qualified immunity. Also the cop can say I'm working in good faith. Welcome to America land of the free and brave.
At 12:45, look at where the Agents are Parked while they listen! In a Handicapped Parking Spot!
I wish we had some FBI agents down here in Cabazon California where I live
Who brings down the corrupt federal agents ?
Good episode
Shattered Shoe was good work, but I notice that the concern really only went down to J.J.
What about the guy below him or the lady who actuall died and was not a criminal at all?
