This is Mindless Hulk, he's much stronger than normal Savage Hulk. Banner isn't there to hold him back so Hulk is much angrier than he usually is. In the comics none of the Avengers could stop him. He literally was fighting everyone at once. Thor not holding back put up a pretty good fight, but still he wasn't able to do any damage to him. He was so strong that Dr Strange had to throw hulk into another dimension to slow him down.

And the Hulk is taking on the Avengers, X-men, fantastic four, guardians of the Galaxy, Spiderman, Dr. Strange and a few other heroes and he is beating them at the same time. That's how powerful he is and with Banner he is even more powerful
