I thought that the regulations on Lake Mendota are 1 bass over 18" so how are you keeping 5 in the livewell and kepping fish that are 14.5"?

@SickBuckNaStY Yeah it would be 5 at 14". I'm not sure how common it is. I have fished twice there since the rule change. Pay the DNR and file the permit and you're good to go.
