trying to determine to most efficient way of connecting panels to my yeti 1400. should I use a 4x mc4 combiner into an Anderson power pole adapter(mc4 to Anderson), or should I connect each panel mc4 to Anderson adapter, than use the 4x to 1x Anderson adaptor? either way lots of voltage loss, but I need one or the other. dont/won't spend the money on both to try and figure it out myself.
Hi, Thanks for reaching out. Please contact our solutions center team at 1-888-794-6250 Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm MST. From there they can get the specifics of the panels you're using and see what setup would be ideal in your situation for less voltage loss.
what? regardless of which panels are used, on e adaptor will still be more efficient than the other. which is more efficient, mc4 combiners or Anderson combiners? I don't need to call to re ask that for the third time.
Used a couple of these connected to a Sherpa 100 for 10 days camping, and there amazing, bright, and last the whole time on the Sherpa.
Huge improvement over the first generation light - especially the LED module. Two of my first four generation lights have finally died.
Maybe the next version could include a red light so it doesn't attract bugs at the campsite.
Man y'all support Africa and Costa Rica I love that fact you will receive all our business 😇
I know it's been for 5 years but just curious if you guys have checked your e-mail this week?
