Seconded! Always play before you buy. And don't think you need to spend a fortune. I bought a Mexican Thinline Tele last year and it sounded sweeter, better, than the custom shop Thinline Tele right next to it on the wall that cost something like 800 bucks more. Plays like a dream, solid, low noise. Between this guitar, my new Alvarez acoustic, and Justin's lessons, I've fallen in love with playing guitar again.
hi justin thanks for all your efforts i was wondering if you could teach us( while my guitar gently weeps) from beatles. or ( no volvere) from gypsy kings whenever you find the time thanks in advance
Love the vid but I'm not sure I agree with the downstroke idea. I personally think it's more natural to use upstrokes to 'sing the song' and downstrokes and shuffles to 'colour in' the rest. If you know what I mean. Keep on rockin' though.
Thanks for the lesson. If I do the regular chords and not the triads, do you think it sounds good with a wah pedal? Or is the beat to short for the wah. I’m playing this for a gig and just trying to figure it all out. I do have another guitar player playing the regular beats and I’ll be doing the & beats in that Bob Marley feel.
In a 2 guitar situation you need to try it and both listen. Thank you. You can request a song or vote for an existing request on this page: www.justinguitar.com/songs Cheers 😊 | close2u | JustinGuitar Official Guide & Moderator [ www.justinguitar.com/ ]
great lesson as always justin! I cant' understand how you make up those chords, all those variations like Gm x-x-x-7-8-6. is there a lesson where you teach how to build those chords?
3:50....I don't think it sounds funny at all when you do multi change ups of those chords.....as long as you're in the groove, it sounds great.....well done....thanks....
