my first bird was a bengalese use to leave him out all the time he would sing on a morning sit on top of the curtains and fly from room to room. i once caught him late in his life tangled up on a curtain string. i got him in my hand and had to so so carefully cut it from his leg. i didn't hurt the fella. he sat for for ages after as i stroked his little belly. before he realized and jumped up. i use to get him to lay upside down on my hand while i stroked his belly. and when i use to use my computer with an old monitor he would come and fly and sit and get warm on top of the monitor. he was very easy to hold becasue i use to keep picking him up. he was a great bird. and had a nice song. after that i got a canary that was also a really nice bird with really nice song. i love birds. i miss my little birdie. bless him

My first bird was also a bengalese he was very sweet he lived ten long years i was told they only live 5/6 years but that is not true..
