So yes, I get what you're saying. But I feel like the video is part of the song too.. I miss it. Another one is Stapleton.. he does almost no videos.. But the live songs are SO Much better than the record versions.. So it is a quandry.

I'm with Asia. I've always thought the same thing when Kid Rock hits those low notes in a few places of the song. You can tell he is not putting alot of power behind his vocals on those couple of spots in the song. When he sang you reminded of brighter days, that whole line sounded like a struggle to keep it that low and on key at the same time. When he got to "days" , he was on the brink of going off key because he had reached the lowest note that he could utter.
