Ik this was in 2013 and its 2018 now , but for any one else "dealing" with this problem , get over it. Dogs bark , its what they do.
Omg. Have you tied making friends. Lol. I have the same problem. Get to know your neighbor and the dogs and the barking will stop. Right now they are doing what they designed to do. You are a stranger they are going to bark at you.
