I love the design but the blue is too bright imo. Dark blue would make it more Hanzoesc (Idk why but I see MK1 Hanzo as being a massive edgelord)
Also Hanzo has Sub-Zero would be incredibly weird, best guess would have to be a new character

I like brighter blues for Sub-Zero for some reason. I get that it traditional doesn't get used for him, but I wanted to be different with this one. Your right though, Hanzo would probably have a darker blue.
